In answer to the first two questions: no.

In answer to the last question, I would advise you to read his book
(_Marx, Hayek, and Utopia, Albany, SUNY Press, 1995). Or, you could ask
him yourself on the "marxism" list where he is a frequent contributor.

The fundamental thesis of the work is that both Marx and Hayek share a
dialectical approach and are anti-utopian.

I find the idea that Marx and Hayek share a common dialectical approach
to be rather problematic. Then, of course, there is the difference in
political perspective and ideology.
