>American Psychological Association (APA), Consortium of Social

>The meeting was arranged to express our collective concerns
>about the statements made by Rep. Robert Walker (R-PA) on the

>actions taken by NSF to counter these misrepresentations.  We
>were assured that NSF was active on several fronts including:
>preparation of testimony before the House Basic Research
>Subcommittee at an upcoming field hearing in Tennessee;
