The $1 trillion+ figure is obsolete and way off - reminiscent of
$100/barrel oil price predictions of 1979. The last number I saw from the
Congressional Budget Office was $200 billion (present value). I've actually
got a call into the CBO for their latest estimate; as soon as I hear, I'll
let the list know.
