Jim Divine asks:

> psychopathic?
Homo economicus has features which are obsessional. Keynes, who finds a
psychopathological "love of money" behind what he calls "the three
fundamental psychological factors" at play in the capitalist economy,
rejects homo economicus as an adequate description of this psychopathology.
Instead, he claims the concept is an expression of a very similar
psychopathology at work in its economist creators. He calls these
Benthamite economists "Bedlamite economists".
