I am seeking people with experience with the private companies
Education Alternatives Inc. and the Edison Project.  Both are
making a major effort to obtain public schools in San Diego
which they would run for a profit.  It appears the new Calif.
"charter" school law will be used in the effort to take over
public schools.  I am going to try to upload a bibliography I
created on news reports about Education Alternatives Inc. (EAI).
