I'd like to locate a source for the following information for post World
War II USA.
fertility rates for never married teens
fertility rates for never married adults
fertility rates for divorced/separated/widowed teens
fertility rates for divorced/separated/widowed adults

fertility rates for married adults
marriage rates for teenage and adult women
divorce/separation/widow rates for teenage and adult women
fraction of women with children who reside in a home with no adult male
