Sadly, Pen-Less
I'm off and will be unable to be on PEN fopr awhile. My address
etc is below. FOr any of you doing work on new technologieshe
& their employment impacts, PLEASE let me know about your work -
send papers or at least abstracts. I will need to know about
the universe of good work going on out there and will have
opportunities to promote it and possibly commission a little
bit of research too. I can't think of any cyberspace-specific
