SAPs and children

Dear Pen-Lers

The Trade Research Consortium is looking for a UN study which we
believe was released around October last year claiming
structural adjustment programs caused the death of 500000
children worldwide. Unfortunately, we do not have more
information. If anyone has the study or knows where we can find
the study, please respond. We need the study by tomorrow.
