He is outdated in saying dinosaurs could not thermo-regulate, and
does not give adequate attention to the possible role of the 
Himalayan orogeny in depleting Co2 levels and precipitating
the ice ages. Silicate weathering to carbonates is a major
additional sink in addition to coal formation.
