I follow Fred's decission. Please take me off of the list. I will join the list if Rakesh is returned and after that I will have a fundamental discussion about the question how our list should be run. I find it below any form of democratic morality that Juriaan and Jerry try to continue as if nothing happened.

One final comment: I feel strongly that Rakesh was unfairly suspended 
in the recent episode, in which he was the victim, not the instigator, 
and yet he was the only one punished. Therefore, I am resigning from 
OPE-L in protest, 
until Rakesh is reinstated. So, Jerry, please unsub me, and tell us all 
how long Rakesh will be suspended for.
