Well,
that's a different question than the one I have been discussing with Ian
W.
But, if I understand your question correctly, surplus
theory can indeed have class
theory as part of the larger
theory. E.g. Rick Woolf has a surplus theory (but
a different
theory than surplus approach theory) which has a central role for
class.
