The most surprising thing is that Heinz Dieterich's substantive economic writings are not yet available in English. You would think that somebody who studied with Jurgen Habermas would have a profound understanding of communication and media, and make English translations a priority. And you would think that leftwing publishers would commission somebody to make English translations. I am keen to find out for instance what he thinks the immediate benefit of labour-time accounts would be for Venezuela.
