His recent postings on OPEL and a recent paper that he has circulated
and discussed on OPEL.

Diego did not circulate his paper on the list but he did provide the
above url.  I'm still not sure _which_ levels of abstraction you are
referring to when you say "lower levels" ....


lower levels of abstraction at which the long-run center-of-gravity
prices may have unequal rates of profit, at which unproductive labor is
taken into account, and taxes, etc.
