My understanding is that publication will be 2 per year, and that
the distribution will be traditional printed paper.
On other issues, I dont yet have an answer.

Have details such as:
o when does the Editorial Committee hope to publish the first issue?
o how many issues / year will (hopefully) be published?
o what will be the form of distribution: traditional printed,
electronic, or both?
o what is the estimated price for individual issues and subscriptions, if
you desire subscriptions?
been worked out yet?
In solidarity, Jerry
PS: If one includes the Editor as a member of the Editorial Committee
(EC), then 50% of the EC are OPE-L members.
