A paper written by Rob for the upcoming Marx conference in Cuba is *attached*. It is clearly relevant to the issues we discussed just recently in connection what he had to say about Chris A's and Mike L's books. In addition to subjectivity, the issue of conceptualizing use-value is also discussed in this paper (see the short sub-section "Indifference to Use Value" in Section A on "Pure Capitalism" and the later part on "The Revenge of Use-Value"). Comments? In solidarity, Jerry
