[OPE-L] Information on Kiyoshi Matsui

Kiyoshi Matsui was a Professor of Economics at Kyoto University,
was the author of _Essays on International Trade_ (Tokyo,
Science Council of Japan, 1958) and published a number of
articles in the _Kyoto University Economic Review_ on Marx,
Marxian theory and trade.  The following articles are available
