No, but Dunayevskaya did for a while use the pseudonym of "Freddie Forrest"
I was told that Dunayevskaya was itself also a psuedoynm. I think the earliest published writings by RD were on the Soviet economy in the 1940s. Johnson-Dunayevskaya (or Johnson-Shoul) would not have sounded quite right, I don't think. So perhaps the need for a second psuedoynm Forest.
