1)  "FINANCIAL DERIVATIVES AND VALUE THEORY: TOWARDS A
     THEORY OF CAPITALIST MONEY" (November, 2003 Working
     Paper) *attached as [2003_07_rafferty[1].pdf]*
 
2)  "FROM THE JOINT STOCK COMPANY TO FINANCIAL
     DERIVATIVES" (December, 2004 paper is advertised as a
     chapter from a forthcoming  book, _CAPITALISM WITH
      DERIVATIVES_).       Paper *attached as [Bryan-Rafferty.pdf]
 
 
*Has anyone on OPE-L  done research on and/or written about
