A stimulating analysis: Bhiku Parekh, "Marx and the Hegelian Dialectic" in Marxian Sociology, vol 1, ed. Virendra K. Roy and Ramesh Sarikwal, Delhi: Ajanta Publications, 1979. Argues that (according to Marx) Hegel's dialectic not empirically grounded and dismissive of diversity of forms. Even more interesting section on Marx's critique of the Hegelian notion of contradiction. Don't know remember whether Lawrence Wilde cites Parekh's analysis or Mao's essay on contradiction (didn't Korsch intend to write an introduction to a translation of this essay?) rb
