What conference in Quito, Ecuador?  What is the theme
and dates of the conference and who is attending?

I would have thought that Allin would have gone to
Quito and you would be the one going to Havana since
there are far less restrictions on travel to Cuba for
citizens of the UK (including those from the oppressed
nation of Scotland) than for US citizens.
