I let this to the Marxists to decide ...

What interests me is that independently of the question if the election has
been rigged (it has been, already by the selection of the candidates, even if
by a process much more transparent than in the POTUS elections) or the
count falsified, is that the politization of the Iranian society is near the
boiling
point, and that masses are in movement, and this at both sides of the
contention. Some do stress more the national independence and social, i.e.
class questions -- the Ahmadinedjad camp -- others more the question of
democratic liberties -- the Moussavi camp.

The Iranians will have to debate it out, how to proceed to defend Iran the
best way against US and other imperialist interventions. My take is that the
best way is to involve the working masses, proletarian, peasant and petty
bourgeois self-employed laborors, and that a condition of a deep and
unitarian mass mobilisation is the freedom to take part in the working out of
the course and taking decisions, i.e. extensive democratic freedoms for
working people.
