>From what I've been told by comrades involved on both sides, the split
was not over political differences, but over who would lead WWP after
Marcy's death. Both sides accuse the other of being sectarians,
anti-democratic, etc., but there isn't any difference in politics as
far as I can tell, aside from PSL running its own candidates in 2008
while WWP endorsed McKinney. Also, WWP seems more willing to play nice
with others these days (though there's plenty of room for
improvement), while PSL is still mostly trying to be in charge of
whatever coalition its in.
