   Nope, I don't buy it. It isn't legal, and it certainly isn't 
constitutional.

   Thanks for answering my question. While I don't for a minute believe this 
is legal, it does prove the case that the law serves the ruling class. 
Constitutional or not is a secondary consideration -- courts will twist 
things any way they want to get a strongly desired outcome. We've seen this 
many times in American history, and to me, this is just yet another example.
