I'm not okay with that, and it doesn't sound like she's arguing for it.
It sounded like she would rather the TDU address the upcoming contract
expiration, a time-critical task, than expend resources on an appeal
that was bound to take who knows how many month or years.
An injury to 100,000 is an injury to all too, you know.
