[Marxism] Spanish Constitutional Court annulls illegalisation of Iniciativa Internacionalista.

The Constitutional Court, in review of the decision which the Supreme Court 
recently issued making Iniciativa Internacionalista illegal and thereby 
removing its electoral lists from the EU election procedure, has decided to 
anull it and recognizes it harms fundamental rights, whereby Iniciativa 
Internacionalista is restored to the place it was before the Supreme Court's 
decision.

I'm willing to translate it, provided anyone is interested, which I doubt. 
It is, whatever its legal reasoning, good news.
