Was the Nazi party fascist?  I always saw the Italian regime as classically
fascism.  Fascism in Italian form is about the state, Nazism is racially
charged, anti-semetic and did not reference the state, it spoke of the
"volk" and the "volksgemeinscahft".

Obviously Stalinism isn't fascism, but neither was Nazism.

Soviet society and other Stalinist states were totalitarian, I don't see why
the usage of quotation marks are needed.
