This is actually not so. He took that case, but was forced by the Audiencia 
Nacional (IIRC) to archive it and let it be tried in the territorial courts 
instead of the central penal court.

Universal jurisdictions has its issues, but I don't think Garzón has much of 
a double standard with relation to the Spanish fascist criminals and the 
foreign fascist criminals.
