English is a language that is asking to be mangled. Take the word "fly".
It means a type of insect as a noun, it means flight as a verb, and is
part of a mans pants as a noun again. Give up trying to make sense of
it. Oh, and we have "brusselsprouts" for a kind of vegetable. Really.
What's the point? Just give in...
