Just after Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez gave President Obama a present this
morning of a book that criticizes the role of the United States in Latin
America -- "Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of the Pillage of a
Continent" by Uruguayan author Eduardo Galeano -- its Amazon sales rank was No.
54,295.

Just a few minutes ago it was No. 20.
