Re: [Marxism] Morales and Obama
Think what you're saying. That one of the most hopelessly
inept governments known to humanity, a government which
was put in charge of the world's brightest, shiniest,
bestest new toy and which managed to break that toy inside
eight years, could manage a conspiracy that would have had
to involved literally thousands of people, top to bottom,
inside the US and out, and kept it secret.
Think of what this government couldn't keep secret:
torture; the setting up of black sites and their location;
rendition flights, their timing and location; the
falsification of evidence to start the invasion of Iraq;
Abu Ghraib. And yet despite the substantial numbers of
people who would have had to be involved in such a 9/11
conspiracy, no-one, absolutely no-one wo would have had to
have been involved has come forward with any knowledge of
it? No leaks at all? No documents? No whistle-blowers? Not
even the suggestion of who would have had to have been
involved?
It isn't just that what you say is outlandish, it
apportions to the Bush government and supporting cast a
super-human efficiency of which it was plainly incapable
and, more generally, it's a denial of basic human
nature...
