Really?  Did they persistently refuse to acknowledge that Clinton was
born in the United States?  Or insist that Carter was actually a
Muslim?  I remember them filling the air waves with their hatred of
Clinton and Carter as tax-and-spent liberals or variations thereof.  I
can't ever remember anybody calling either of them fascists.

The irrationality and intensity of the rage these people are
expressing is related directly to their deep rooted inability to
accept having a black man in the White House...

I think many of them would have done much the same with Hillary there
because they couldn't accept a woman in the White House either...
