The torrents would be hosted on a tracker on a site like thepiratebay.org,
you would just need a few good volunteer seeders to get things started and
it should run itself from there.

I'm not sure how much demand there would be for a GB+ of a torrent when
there is access to the material in an easily searchable format online. It
would make more sense for friends of MIA to release and seed smaller
torrents of selected writings on public trackers advertising marxists.org in
the folder names or something.
