The Nation Institute, Nation  Books, and Alternet are co-hosting a panel 
discussion, "Meltdown: The Economic  Collapse and a People's Plan for 
Recovery," 
with an all-star cast that includes  Katrina vanden Heuvel, Joseph Stiglitz, 
Barbara Ehrenreich, Jeff Madrick, Bill  Fletcher, Jr., and Christopher Hayes. 
Admission is free at 8 pm this  Friday at 2 West 64th Street in New York City.
