Consider the essence of homeopathy
Reducing the curative to smaller and smaller amounts to improve its powers
At best a placebo and psychological exercise
If the Cubans believe in it powers, they will have to get over it
In the meantime, they will waste a lot of time and money
Consult the Lancet, who have exposed this fake exercise years ago
