Yes, you did.   And everyone here knows how highly I regard your work. 
Here's the thing, with no kidding... the massive devaluation of capital 
values is precursor to the destruction of use values of the means of 
production as the bourgeoisie have no way out, save the destruction of the 
living make-up of capital, the means of production and wage-labor.

It is nasty, it is vicious, and it goes far beyond the ability of the 
bourgeoisie to control it.  I do not, for one second, put it past the 
bourgeoisie to initiate destruction on a massive scale, either through 
financial arson, or direct military combat with a country that is quite 
capable of retaliating, and massively.  By that I mean Russia.  And then 
express consternation at the destruction that ensues.

I'd like to win this race, between socialism and barbarism, for more than 
selfish reasons.  I have two daughters.  I have, believe it or not, lots of 
friends.  I have a certain regard for the ability of human beings to 
transcend the limits and boundaries of exploitation.  I just came back from 
l'Orangerie, having viewed Monet's Nympheas for perhaps the 8th time in 8 
weeks.  I love the expression on peoples' faces when they first walk into 
the the "west" room and encounter these panoramas of the, IMO, origin of 
life.  I'd like for more and more to engage these incredible works, both in 
the observation, and in the creation of more such works.

Friend of mine is a musician and an orchestra conductor.  I told him once 
that when the unified force theory of the universe is finally uncovered, it 
will  be annotated in music-- that music is the mathematics at the core of 
the universe.  I want the world and its human beings to stick around long 
enough, and longer, to prove I'm right.

So that's as sentimental as I get.
