No, I would accuse the homeopaths (and their friends) of lying about Cuba!
Why don't you forward something actually from the Cuban government or
medical establishment. I'm sure the reason you don't is because they never
agreed with such claims in the first place. This "result" was reported by a
conference of homeopaths in Cuba. Every pseudo-science can point to results
from supposed double-blind studies which support their quackery. You can
only believe results that are confirmed by *independent* investigators (and
then you always have to check again how independent they really are!).
What's more, a scientific result has to make physical sense (has to be
consistent with things we already accept with high confidence) to be
accepted. Yes, I'm certain homeopathy is a "massive deception," which
happens to be profitable to it's purveyors.
