This is one of the direct consequences of the multi-billion bailouts by the
US government -- their government bonds will be preferred worldwide to the
debts of weaker countries like Romania or Bulgaria, just to name two.
It will already be difficult for minor imperialist countries like France and
Germany to get the credits they want to give their banks and other
businesses -- well one buyer of the state debt issued for bailing out the
banks will be those banks themselves...
