So telling the truth about a reactionary regime involved (temporarily)  
in a squabble with the US  "...does nothing to undermine US  
imperialism's threat to the country and region. It will however  
encourage women and gays to acquiesce in it..."

This is the anti-imperialism of idiots.

**Nobody, by definition, "campaigns" on a discussion list.   
"Campaigning," as the term is used by Steve Palmer and others is just  
a pejorative used as a club against anyone speaking unpleasant truth  
about any regime or movement that they feel emotionally compelled to  
support unconditionally.
