Actually this is a follow up posting. Someone else posted the  
original story a couple of weeks ago.

In terms of the USA bias, I've always thought this list as having a  
fairly broad international perspective, maybe skewed toward Latin  
America. And of course when us north americans converse among  
ourselves I can see how it would seem somewhat parochial.

I do wish there was more news and discussion on Africa, however.
