What decision was that?  You mean expelling the ambassadors, Stuart, or do 
you mean their call for an international embargo on Israel?

You left out Correa, by the way.

  Actually, don't remember reading anywhere of Morales or Chavez urging 
Mercosur, or the Andean Economic Alliance, or even ALBA to embargo trade 
with Israel, but maybe they did.   Any info you could provide would be most 
appreciated.

Or are you just making it up as you go along?
