Re: [Marxism] May I ask not to be wrongly labelled

Of course, Louis is evading the issue of his misrepresentation of comrades,
and the example he sets in this for others. I do not protest this practice,
or imagine it can be changed.

I do think it is useful to point out instances, as in his exchange with
Nestor, as part of the political discussion.

I am not trapped on the list. I am here as a matter of political judgment.
In its very small way in our very small Marxist and even radical, it offers
something I find indispensable. I believe the time is coming when what Louis
claims to want -- competition or an alternative-- will be more possible, but
it ain't going to be my leadership that provides it. Louis' help wouldn't
put me over the top.

For now, we do the best we can with the material we got.

However, if he wants to give me a little advice, offlist, about finally
getting a blog going, I would appreciate the help. It is clearly time to get
off my ass on this. As a list moderator, Louis runs a very good blog, in my
opinion.

Having a less ambitious outlet where debate could take outside the tone
which has become dominant on the list, and which I have been slowly moving
away from as I dump more sect baggage, would be something of a relief.

Thanks.
Fred
