[Marxism] significance

I have been on the list since around 1999 or so, I can't really
recall. It's been absolutely critical in my political development.

The primary win for me is the exposure to marxist thought from around
the world, and the commentary on current events from that perspective.
In many ways the critical instincts I have learned here have served me
well.

I have left the list in the past when it got chaotic and a bit
stagnate, and then I came back. My memory is lousy, but I think it
was shortly after Waistline got kicked off that I last departed. I
came back a bit later after reading the archives every now and again.
That was more of a ental house-cleaning then any break with the list.
