ML: Never said that it wasn't.  I said that you were denying a
materialist understanding of divisions within the ruling class.  I
wrote in plain English.

ML: The subject here was differences within the ruling class not class
identity and not differences among people from the same section.  I'd
be willing to discuss this further in terms of dismantling of the
central role of fossil fuels for all these Sun Belt presidencies, etc.
 But I have more important things to do than write responses to people
who won't respond directly to my queries and won't read what I write
in plain English.

ML: Yes, and it speaks to a sectional difference between Obama and a
generation of his predecessors.  Which is what I've argued and you
deny.

Owing to his lack of honesty in either acknowledging the positions I
take or in being consistent about his own, I'm done reading Sartesian
for a while.  If he says anything worthwhile, I'd ask any other list
member to drop a line alerting me...
