No, do not bring him back.  He excused an imperialist military attack with his
cracker barrel, cracker, and cracked dialectics of "half-full, half-empty." That
most cetainly does warrant exclusion.

Oh yeah, that glass is half-full, but what is filling it is the blood of the

of regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Walter THINKS he speaks for Cuba, like those with other disorders think they 
hear
and speak for god, or angels, or Napoleon.
