I too have worried that an Obama presidency would turn Black Americans into
conscious pro-imperialists. I see it already. A friend of mine, who never
voted in his life and would be first among many to speak of the United
States many crimes against black and brown people told me that other
countries better not mess with O otherwise they'll feel his wrath. I've
rarely seen any black friend of mine wave an American flag. Many did this
past week.

In the South Bronx HS where my cousin teaches students were asked, before
the election, if they would fight overseas during a McCain regime, few
raised their hands. The question was flipped, this time with Obama in the
White House. Most said they would fight.

That's scary!
