No. Never. Not in my name. To bombard towns and cities, for any
cause whatsoever, is to attempt to kill and maim civilians, from
unborn children to the most elderly. It is to slaughter workers in
supposed reprisal for crimes committed by their rulers. Genocide
(Hamburg), murder (Gaza), and attempted murder (Sderot) are all crimes
whose authors merit punishment. That different crimes incur, and
deserve, different penalties leaves them crimes nonetheless. Has Fred
really learned nothing from the overwhelming discredit still
afflicting the Left and caused by the stupidity of so many Leftists
who insisted, and even still insist, that there was something
"socialist" about the Stalinist Russian and Chinese empires? Does he
really want socialists to be regarded as people who claim the "RIGHT"
to kill and maim civilians, from unborn children to the most elderly?
If so he has a lot of--the worst--company.
