Re: [Marxism] SF protests cop killing of unarmed man
I hope we can apply the method of unity - struggle - unity to our
discussion of this police shooting. Attempting to move to the third
step, I hope that, although each of us wants to tug in this or that
direction, we can agree on these practical points:
--A demand for speedy justice on this police shooting is just and
vigilance against a whitewash is needed
--A demand for civilian review of the BART police is just, too
--Militant protest for these demands is good, where it would have been
militant, for example, to sit in and occupy the headquarters of the BART
system
