See below. Two cops were convicted of murder in Detroit. 

However, these cops' victim was Black. So, in the long run, the racists in 
outstate Michigan, led by the fascist governor John Engler , abolished the 
whole special criminal court in Detroit , Recorders Court, that had convicted 
these two cops of murder. That's how powerful the "long blue line" is in 
protecting cops.

1. Introduction

convicted for killing him. The official lawbook citations for the cases herein
