Hm, I have my doubts whether to call Afghanistan, Cuba, Egypt, Greece, India, 
Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, Yemen "democratic 
forces" in 1947. Perhaps India could fall into this category.
