Tom, I don't know what the "actually" in this means because there's
nothing your saying that disputes or correct my point about Woodrow
Wilson.

Yes, the modern KKK was formed as a kind of Rocky Horror cult around
Birth of a Nation" around 1915 at Chattanooga. Its appearance had
nothing to do with Woodhead Wilson, who had already been several years
in the White House and had not needed to make any deals with the KKK
to get there.

And, the KKK hadn't amounted to warm spit yet by 1916 when Wilson was
reelected on the slogan "He kept us out of war."

The Klan didn't reach its peak membership until the mid-1920s when
Wilson was pushing up daisies.
